These terms cover your use of the website at lakeonrails.com. They do not cover the Lake On Rails service itself, which is supplied to subscribing organisations under a separate written agreement that takes precedence over anything here.

What the information here is
The pages on this site describe the Lake On Rails product, its pricing and the services around it as they stand on the date shown on each page. They are provided for general information and are not an offer capable of acceptance; a subscription or a consulting engagement comes into existence only when a written agreement is signed. Prices shown exclude VAT and may change. Descriptions of other products on the comparison page are our reading of publicly available information and are not endorsed by those vendors.
We take care to keep this site accurate and to say plainly what the product does not do. If you find something you believe is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
The forms
Submitting a form sends us an enquiry and nothing more. It does not create an account, a subscription or any obligation on either side. How we handle what you send is set out in the privacy policy.
